En 2005, nous avons fait équipe avec WESTAF et le Bureau des arts et des affaires culturelles de Seattle pour établir le Creative Vitality Index (CVI) afin de nous aider à comprendre le contexte des entreprises artistiques et créatives, à éduquer la communauté dans son ensemble sur l'économie créative et à éclairer la prise de décision en matière de politique publique sur les tendances et les questions connexes.
