TourWest is a competitive grant program, supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, that provides subsidies to arts and community organizations for the presentation of touring performers and literary artists within the Creative West region.
Moab Music Festival
Launched in 1994 and underwritten by the National Endowment for the Arts, the TourWest program seeks to help nonprofit presenters bring high quality performing artists to underserved communities throughout the region.
The program provides increased touring opportunities throughout the West to a diverse range of performing artists and companies and enhances audience appreciation for and support of performing arts in underserved communities by encouraging meaningful interaction between visiting artists or companies and communities.”
This year’s application window has closed. The next application cycle will open in spring 2025.

ZAPP provides art fair and festival administrators with a suite of tools to digitally collect and jury applications, manage booth payments, and communicate with applicants all in one easy-to-use digital platform. Artists can apply to hundreds of shows nationwide through a central website.
