Ang CaFÉ ay isang online na sistema ng pagsusumite ng aplikasyon na nagsusumikap na gawing available ang mga pagkakataon sa sining sa lahat sa pamamagitan ng pag-aalok sa mga organisasyon ng sining ng isang abot-kayang platform ng pagsusumite at mga artist ng madaling paraan upang mag-apply.
